Aminolabs Nutrition acquires Ceebe BV and Ceebe Health and Nutrition, strengthening its position as a full spectrum European CDMO

Ceebe has built a strong reputation in niche segments through deep formulation expertise, long standing customer relationships and an end to end service model covering everything from product development and design to regulatory support, production and delivery. With commercial activity in more than twenty countries, including new markets such as Australia, Ceebe brings both technical depth and international reach to the Aminolabs Nutrition group.

This acquisition is part of Aminolabs’ broader strategy to strengthen its position across sports nutrition, health supplements, infant nutrition and emerging categories such as pet supplements, and to accelerate both European and international expansion, while ensuring the group remains agile and accessible to brands of every size.
